Page 2: Letter shows Nwamka Anowi signed the letter in blue ink and the body states "I acknowledge receipt of your judicial complaint against Judge Hurson. The complaint will be forwarded to the appropriate judge for action. This procedure permits any person to file a complaint in the courts about the behavior of federal judges, but not about the decisions federal judges make in deciding cases. The law says that complaints about judges’ decisions and complaints with no evidence to support them must be dismissed. Supplements to complaints are not permitted except to the extent the supplement corrects errors in the complaint. Supplements must not exceed five, single-sided pages, and must be submitted on 8.5 x 11-inch paper."
