Summary

The Chief Judge has reviewed your submission and determined that it does not present "extraordinary circumstances . . . such that more than five pages are required to set forth a 'concise statement that details the specific facts on which the claim of misconduct or disability is based.'" Rule 6(b)(1), Fourth Circuit Local Rules for Judicial-Conduct and Judicial-Disability Proceedings. Upon receipt of a properly executed complaint with an accompanying statement of facts, a number will be assigned to the complaint, and it will be processed in accordance with Judicial-Conduct Rule 8. If a properly executed complaint is not received by May 6, 2025, the materials received will be considered under Judicial-Conduct Rule 5(b).
