Re: CONFIDENTIAL: 04-25-90084(L), Judicial Complaint Received. The email acknowledges 4th Circuit Court email confirming a judicial complaint against fourth circuit and district of maryland judges. Page 2: "However, your message did not address the petition for review of the May 27, 2025 order from Chief Judge Albert Diaz regarding the complaint against Brendan A. Hurson. Forty-two days after May 27, 2025, is July 8, 2025. Thank you for confirming receipt of both my new complaint and the petition for review dated June 7, 2025, which was re-sent on June 8, 2025. Please provide me with the corresponding letter for the petition for review. Please take note that the judicial complaint process exists for the benefit of the judiciary and does not alter or interfere with any civil, criminal, administrative, or other formal or informal processes. Additionally, my efforts to assist the Judiciary have no bearing on the independent duty of members of the judiciary and other government employees to follow their own procedures, including those governing mandatory reporting."
