Exhibit 109: 5 Pages Destroyed by District Judge Hurson

Five pages—71, 116, 117, 118, and 119—were removed from Exhibit 109. Judge Hurson had custody of the original and directed the Case Manager to file the altered version instead of using the complete CD copy.

Summary

Exhibit 109 was added to PACER as District ECF 16-12 with only 115 of the original 120 pages. In the District version, pages 71, 116, 117, 118, and 119 are missing from the exhibit. The pagination skips directly from page 70 to 72, and the internal exhibit tags reflect the omission. These pages were removed and destroyed from the original filing while in the custody of District Judge Brendan A. Hurson. The Case Manager was directed to docket the altered documents instead of using the digital copy from the signed physical CD by District Judge Brendan A. Hurson. The unauthorized removal, alteration, and destruction of public and government court records, falsification of federal court records, and obstruction of justice are a few of the federal crimes and ethics rule violations documented in this exhibit.
