Exhibit 164: 2 Pages Destroyed by District Judge Hurson

Exhibit 100 was altered using copier settings that degraded page 118 and removed page 119. Judge Hurson, who had custody of the original, directed filing of the altered version without correction from the signed physical CD.

Summary

Exhibit 164 was added to PACER as District ECF 16-14 with only 89 of the original 91 pages. In the District version, pages 39 and 40 of 91 were omitted, and pagination skips from page 38 to 41. The internal exhibit tags confirm that two pages were missing from the original record. These pages were removed and destroyed from the original filing while in the custody of District Judge Brendan A. Hurson. The Case Manager was directed to docket the altered documents instead of using the digital copy from the signed physical CD by District Judge Brendan A. Hurson. The unauthorized removal, alteration, and destruction of public and government court records, falsification of federal court records, and obstruction of justice are a few of the federal crimes and ethics rule violations documented in this exhibit.
