Re: Response: Your Civil Rights Division Report - 559449-VTN from the Employment Litigation Section Pardon my correction, but my report was about the state of Maryland's Circuit Court of Baltimore County violating section 104 subdivision (d) of the Norris LaGuardia Act. My report has nothing to do with the employer's violations, and was entirely focused on the civil rights violations that occurred under color of state. I am confused how this was confused for a claim under the EEOC
