Miller, I am writing to formally inquire about missing judicial records that were previously available on govinfo.gov, specifically relating to the following federal civil cases: D. Md. Case No. 24-CV-3744 4th Cir. Case No. 25-1162 Pursuant to the E-Government Act of 2002, and in accordance with the public access provisions governing the online availability of court records, I note that documents relating to the above matters appear to have been removed or deindexed without any accompanying judicial order or public notice authorizing such removal. Attached are the CSV search exports from govinfo.gov. You can see some of the court records that have been backed up onto CourtListener.com: D. Md. Case No. 25-1162: https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/69659675/ryan-dillon-capps-v-ohana-growth-partnersllc/ I respectfully request a formal response addressing the following: The basis for the records’ unavailability on govinfo.gov, including whether a judicial order or administrative directive prompted the removal; and Whether these records can be restored, and if so—The date by which such records will be reindexed and publicly accessible through normal search on govinfo.gov. Please advise if additional information is needed from me to assist your office in evaluating this request. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your prompt response. I respectfully request that this be treated as a priority, as it involves ongoing litigation, and this should also serve as formal notice that we intend to pursue all necessary steps to ensure that public access and fundamental rights
